I’m a graduate student trying to stay happy and busy and pursue the things I love.  My journey into the world of culinary experimentation developed out of necessity: I just can’t afford to eat out and cooking at home is healthier anyway.  Furthermore, my husband also enjoys anything food-related, and we continue to share many happy moments perusing the aisles of our local co-op or trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
